Terms of Service

By accessing and using The Strategy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Agentie Vie SRL and is intended for authorized team members and clients only.

The Strategy is an internal SaaS platform for managing digital advertising clients, tasks, communications, and performance reporting. The Platform integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Windsor.ai, and ClickUp.

• Access is granted by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access to the Platform.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content through the messaging features.
• Violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Telegram Terms of Service when using integrated messaging.
• Export or scrape data from the Platform without authorization.

The Platform provides messaging capabilities through WhatsApp Business API and Telegram. By using these features, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Telegram's Terms of Service. Messages sent through the Platform are subject to the policies of the respective messaging providers.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Client data processed through the Platform remains the property of the respective clients.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Agentie Vie SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or third-party API failures.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
