We retain data for as long as the associated client account is active. When a client relationship ends, data is archived and may be deleted upon request. Message data is retained for up to 24 months for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), JWT-based authentication, role-based access controls, and secure hosting on Vercel and Railway platforms.
