Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to have your data deleted from The Strategy, you can submit a request using one of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

• User account data: Your name, email, and profile information.
• Messaging data: WhatsApp and Telegram messages associated with your conversations.
• Client data: Business information and advertising account data linked to your profile.
• Activity logs: Records of actions performed within the platform.

Option 1: Email

Send an email to agentievie.mcc@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Description of the data you want deleted

Option 2: Contact your account manager

If you are a client, you can ask your designated account manager at Agentie Vie to submit the deletion request on your behalf.

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Certain data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes, including financial records required by tax regulations and data necessary for ongoing legal proceedings. We will inform you if any exceptions apply to your request.
